Elementary School: Third Grade: Mrs. Gripp

Be An AR Achiever

by Deb Gripp

Students can be AR Achievers by reading and meeting monthly goals. In order to be an AR Achiever, students must meet the following guidelines:

* Read and pass an AR test on the teacher's book selection of the month.

* Read additional books (your choice) to meet the total accumulation of monthly AR points.

Students who meet the above guidelines for each month will be acknowledged on a bulletin board and included in a reward activity. A very special end of the year reward will be given to students who have been AR Achievers all year.

October AR Achiever Assignment

* Teacher book selection: Marvin and the Mean Words by Suzy Kline

* Total accumulation of AR points for October is 3 points.

* This month students may read books of .5 value or higher.

* Due Friday, October 24, 2008.
